All items are made to order, therefore, processing time is 14-21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please allow up to 21 business days to allow for processing, due to each item being custom made.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates 

We offer $5.95 flat rate shipping on all USA orders.

All orders over $100 after discounts and codes are applied will receive free shipping.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

How do I check the status of my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 21 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@reeseandryan.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you!

 

While 14-21 business days sounds like FOREVER, we try our best to get orders out sooner - with the nature of each item being made to order, we have to add the extra time just in case!
